Criminal Record Checks are required to be shown to CMHA Executive and are valid for 5 years.

Once Registration numbers are known for the year, meetings will be held for teams and coaching and team staff will be determined.

Coach Clinic Dates are listed under the Coaches drop down menu. Please ensure the Registrar has your list of team staff for the season.  December 15th is the final date for any TEAM OFFICIAL to be removed from a team roster.  Team Staff certification will be required after this date.  January 10th is the final date for all team staff to obtain appropriate certifications. Any fees associated with not having proper certification is the responsibility of the Coach or Team Staff member, the fine is $50 per infraction by SHA per regulation 8.01.01a
